BOOKING CONDITIONS

This type of reservation is 100% free of charge (no deposit are required), but the hotel requires a valid credit card guarantee for a confirmed reservation but no charge will be made in advance and you will be able to choose how to pay your bill upon departure.
You will find at the end of the reservation process, a voucher with all the necessary information you need for your stay.
Show this voucher at the reception desk of the hotel for the check-in. You will also receive an email confirming the booking.

We require clients to double check all confirmations. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all details are correct and the confirmation is consistent with the client requirements.

To avoid credit card abuse hotels can ask for a bank authorisation, if the authorisation failed the hotel can cancel your booking immediately without notice.

MODIFICATION OF YOUR RESERVATION

If you wish to make changes to your reservation (dates, number of rooms), please go to the Support page, we will do our best to make the requested changes to your reservation. No modification or cancellation will be made by directly email.
To add a room, just make a new reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel more than 72 hours prior to your check-in date without any charge just go to the Support page.

If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival or in the event of a no-show, the hotel may charge your first night stay on your credit card.
NO MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION will be made by directly email, you must use the modification form.

LIABILITY

The sale is made directly between you and the hotel.
We cannot therefore be held liable if the hotel fails to meet its obligations or does not carry them out satisfactorily.

Our company sells hotel accommodation from an inventory managed by each hotel, and does not over-sell that inventory and therefore we cannot accept any liability for unavailability of rooms caused by the hotel over-selling their own room inventory.

We cannot accept liability for any information, errors or omissions supplied by hotels and reserves the right to change such information, products or services at any time. Upon being notified about any errors we will do our best to rectify them as soon as possible.
Please be aware that the room photos are only a depiction of the type of rooms on offer and may not represent the actual room described.

We do not to share personal information provided to entities other than the suppliers with whom your purchased product.
